Clean burners & pilot assembly
Check and replace air filter (standard 1”)
Check and tighten electrical connections
Check thermostat operation and programming
Replace thermostat batteries if required
Clean condensate trap and drains (90% furnaces)
Check blower motor and inducer assembly for proper balance and operation
Vacuum/clean heat exchanger blower compartment etc.
Check hot surface ignitor and/or ignition electrode
Clean flame sensor and/or thermocouple
Check flues and/or 90% venting for obstructions of leaks
Run furnace, check and adjust gas pressures, check flames signal
Check all furnace safeties for proper operation
Check complete furnace operation
Check ambient carbon monoxide

YOUR TECHNICIAN WILL COME PREPARED
Your technician comes highly trained and ready to give your system a full tune-up. Your technician will arrive in a fully-loaded SDN Group truck that has all the tools and parts to fix practically any issues that may arise. Your tech will come to your door to introduce themself, and with your permission, enter your home and ask for the location of your comfort system.
